1. Project Cancellation:
Clients may cancel services with a written notice of at least 30 days. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
2. Refunds:
Refunds are not applicable for services already delivered, including time-based work like strategy, design, or ad spend.
3. Advance Payments:
Any advance or retainer paid is non-refundable once the project has started or resources have been allocated.
4. Monthly Retainers:
For ongoing monthly plans, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.
5. Setup Fees:
One-time setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
6. Force Majeure:
Refunds are not issued due to delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., platform downtime, client delays, or emergencies).
